1. The maximum class capacity for all courses is 10 students, based on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. The school will notify students of class arrangements via the ABC App before the course starts. The assigned teacher for summer courses will depend on the teacher on duty that day.
3. If a teacher is absent (e.g., due to leave, illness, personal matters, annual leave, etc.), a cover teacher will be provided to conduct the class that day.
4. For all “ABC Special Holiday Programme” (including Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter, and Summer), no make-up classes will be arranged except in the case of bad weather and sickness; if a student takes sick leave, they must provide a medical certificate to the ABC Centre before applying for make-up classes (subject to class availability); and they must pay the relevant material fees for the holiday courses.

ABC Pathways School may use my personal information (name, phone number, and email address) to contact me regarding student and course-related matters through the ABC App, WhatsApp, email, direct phone calls, or other forms of communication. ABC will not transfer my personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
13. ABC reserves all final decision-making authority.
1) Both the referrer and the referred new student must pay the full tuition to enrol in the summer programmes, so that the referrer can receive the corresponding referral gift(s).
2) The referral gift offering is calculated based on each referred summer new student.
3) All gifts can be accumulated. The more referrals you make, the more gifts you receive; gifts will be distributed until they run out or the limit is reached.
4) When enrolling for the summer course(s), the new student must provide the phone number of the referrer; the ABC centre will contact the referrer within three weeks to arrange the gift(s).
5) The free student course offered as part of this referral activity will follow the schedule and timings provided by each ABC centre.
