ABC Summer Programme 2026 Enrolment – Terms & Conditions

1. The maximum class capacity for all courses is 10 students, based on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. The school will notify students of class arrangements via the ABC App before the course starts. The assigned teacher for summer courses will depend on the teacher on duty that day.

3. If a teacher is absent (e.g., due to leave, illness, personal matters, annual leave, etc.), a cover teacher will be provided to conduct the class that day.

4. For all “ABC Special Holiday Programme” (including Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter, and Summer), no make-up classes will be arranged except in the case of bad weather and sickness; if a student takes sick leave, they must provide a medical certificate to the ABC Centre before applying for make-up classes (subject to class availability); and they must pay the relevant material fees for the holiday courses.

5. Bad Weather Arrangements:

  • 5a. Class Format Arrangements:
    • In case of situations such as epidemics, influenza, or bad weather conditions, ABC will follow the guidelines provided by the Education Bureau. If face-to-face classes need to be suspended, the class will be conducted online to ensure students’ safety and continuity of learning.
    • When a No. 8 storm signal or above / black rainstorm warning is in effect, all courses (whether face-to-face or online) will be cancelled. The ABC App will later provide applications for make-up classes for the fully cancelled face-to-face and online classes.
    • Special arrangements for summer courses: In bad weather, summer courses will be uniformly arranged as “Morning Class / Afternoon Class”:
      • i. AM Session: 9:30–11:00 (1st Lesson), *11:15–12:45 (2nd Lesson)
      • ii. PM Session: 1:30–3:00 (1st Lesson), *3:15–4:45 (2nd Lesson)
      • iii. *The 2nd Lesson (11:15–12:45 in the morning / 3:15–4:45 in the afternoon) will follow the same format as the 1st Lesson of the same day (either online or face-to-face), Please refer to the latest ABC announcement for final confirmation.
  • 5b. If the class switches to an online format, children are required to attend the online classes through the Zoom video system. Parents should install Zoom on their home computers or tablets in advance. The relevant Zoom Meeting ID and Password will be displayed in the “Class Schedule/Apply for Leave” section of the ABC App.
  • 5c. Please attend the class in a quiet environment and ensure stable Wi-Fi or internet connection. No make-up sessions or refunds will be provided for absences, late logins, or self-interruptions during the class.
  • 5d. Online classes are only applicable to students who have enrolled in the relevant courses, and only the enrolled student may participate in the online class in front of the camera. Recording, photography, and audio recording during online classes are not allowed.
  • 5e. Absence due to bad weather: Make-up classes are available for “ABC Special Holiday Programmes” (limited to 6 months; only material fees and the hour difference [if any] need to be paid).
    • If a student is absent from an online class for special reasons, parents must seek special approval from the ABC Centre before applying for make-up classes via the ABC App. There will be no refund arrangements for missed classes.
    • If a student is unable to attend a face-to-face class due to weather or traffic conditions, parents must request leave via the ABC App before the class starts and subsequently apply for make-up classes through the ABC App.
  • 5f. For all the details and conditions regarding bad weather arrangements and make-up classes, please refer to the “ABC Student Handbook.” ABC reserves the right to make final adjustments based on actual weather conditions, announcements from the Education Bureau, and safety considerations.

6. Some summer courses can be used for regular course make-up lessons, and parents should pay attention to the following details:

  • 6a. For the “ABC Explorers” programme, which consists of 6 weeks and 30 classes, there is no limit for make-up lessons.
  • 6b. The afternoon classes within the 6-week period (1:30-4:45pm) can also be used for make-up lessons, with a maximum of 3 lessons per course.
  • 6c. Make-up lessons will be arranged based on the number of hours, and only the hour difference (if any) and relevant material fees need to be paid ($400 for every 5 lessons of the “ABC Explorers” programme; $600 for every 15 lessons).

7. Once course fees are paid, no refunds will be issued. Should a special refund be applied for due to significant personal circumstances and approved:

  • 7a. Refunds do not cover classes that have already started, as well as course materials and material fees.
  • 7b. If a cash refund is chosen, an additional refund handling fee of $200 per registration form must be paid.

8. Any changes made after enrolment will incur an administrative handling fee of $100.

9. In order to maintain personal and school hygiene, students are not allowed to bring food to consume on school premises.

10. If a student has any food or material allergies, parents must provide written notification to the school during enrolment.

11. ABC has the right to photograph or record students during classes for promotional purposes. If parents have objections, they must provide written notice to the school during enrolment.

12. ABC Pathways School may use my personal information (name, phone number, and email address) to contact me regarding student and course-related matters through the ABC App, WhatsApp, email, direct phone calls, or other forms of communication. ABC will not transfer my personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

13. ABC reserves all final decision-making authority.

ABC Summer Programme 2026 – Referral Gifts: Terms and Conditions

1) Both the referrer and the referred new student must pay the full tuition to enrol in the summer programmes, so that the referrer can receive the corresponding referral gift(s).

2) The referral gift offering is calculated based on each referred summer new student.

3) All gifts can be accumulated. The more referrals you make, the more gifts you receive; gifts will be distributed until they run out or the limit is reached.

4) When enrolling for the summer course(s), the new student must provide the phone number of the referrer; the ABC centre will contact the referrer within three weeks to arrange the gift(s).

5) The free student course offered as part of this referral activity will follow the schedule and timings provided by each ABC centre.

First 150 Successful Enrolments Receive a $200 Supermarket Voucher

Terms and Conditions

  1. First 150 Parents who successfully enrol in summer courses at ABC Pathways School or ABC Pathways International Kindergarten via the online platform will have the chance to receive a HK$200 supermarket voucher.
  2. The offer is limited to a total of 150 quotas, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
  3. Minimum Spend: The total enrolment fee for a single student must be HK$4,000 or above. Eligibility also applies if cumulative top-up fees for make-up classes reach HK$4,000 or more.
  4. Each student can enjoy this offer once only. This offer is applicable to all students, including new and current students.
  5. This offer is valid for online registration only and does not apply to on-site (in-person) registration.
  6. Online Parent Courses are excluded from this promotion.
  7. Distribution Date: Supermarket vouchers will be distributed starting from April 2026 or later. Specific collection details will be announced separately.
  8. Refund Deduction: If a student applies for withdrawal after registration, the school will deduct the face value of the voucher (HK$200) from the tuition fee refund.
  9. Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  10. ABC Pathways reserves the final right to modify or terminate this offer and its terms at any time.
