Today, the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence held the grand award ceremony for the Customer Service Excellence Award 2024, featuring nearly 40 tables. This annual event in the service industry gathered many elites. Witnessed by numerous top service companies in Hong Kong, the ABC team received the Customer Service Award in the Counter Service category for their outstanding performance!
Mrs. Bally Wong led the management team and managers from all seven campuses to share in this joy. This honor is made possible by the unwavering support of our 5,000 current students and their families over the past 23 years, as you have accompanied us in our growth and witnessed each other’s transformation!
