Digital Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Hong Kong and Mainland China platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance and paid campaign to optimise content effectiveness and advertising ROI.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conceptualise and develop creative ideas that align with campaign goals and brand positioning.
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, partners, and clients to expand brand reach and drive business opportunities.
AI & Innovation
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging AI tools, and new marketing technologies to enhance campaign efficiency and creativity.
- Perform ad hoc assignments and contribute to special marketing projects as required.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of solid experience in digital marketing; experience in the education sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Proficient in digital and creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Filmora, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Mainland China social media platforms (e.g. Xiaohongshu, TikTok, WeChat) is an advantage.
- A proactive, organised team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
The position requires working a 5-day a week. System support and ad-hoc technical assignments during non-office hours maybe required. A successful applicant must be contactable out of hours in the case of emergencies.
