Operation Executive/Administrative officer – Franchising


  • Maintain good customer service quality
  • Ensure good communications among all campuses
  • Assist the preparation of teaching materials for special programs
  • Assist in set-up of new campuses
  • Provide after-sales service and supporting documents according to school procedures
  • Assist in monitoring student progress, and to provide advice and support
  • Handle enquirers on course information and student services


  • Form 7 education level or above
  • 1-2 year working experience in a customer service or related field is preferred
  • Good command in both spoken and written English as well as Chinese
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Passion for children and young education
  • Flexibility in adjusting hours is required when there is an operational need to do so
  • A good team player
  • 5-day work a week, including Saturdays; prepare to work on some Sundays
